Help me cut local post office queues
Can you help me monitor and cut queuing times at local post offices?
Astonished
Local people will be astonished to learn that Post Office Limited think the queues at Surbiton, Kingston and New Malden Post Offices are acceptable. I can only think the Post Office's "mystery shoppers" sent to check out the queues deliberately choose the quietest times.
Become a queue watcher
It would be great if local people could volunteer to watch what is happening at our remaining post offices. Would you like to join the campaign and keep a log of queueing times?
Download the Post Office Survey Form here (pdf document)
The idea is to stand outside one of the post offices in the constituency for an hour and ask people as they come out how long they had to queue for. Tell them that you are doing the survey on behalf of their local MP, Edward Davey.
